Swedish - basic relaxing massage (light - medium pressure)
Deep tissue - used to target knots and pain (firm - deep pressure)
Trigger point - hold pressure to release tension (firm - deep pressure)
Stretches - incorporated with trigger point and deep tissue for pain relief
Sports - short, fast paced massage to warm muscles up before competition
Chair - short massage for concentration on 1 area (no lotion, clothes on)
Prenatal - Side-lying massage with pillows(same rates swedish/therapeutic)
*sessions are a therapeutic hour, meaning that 10 minutes of your session is for consultation and dressing

The coaching staff of Team United offers a caring and nurturing environment while encouraging each gymnast to reach their full potential.
We believe in developing a successful athlete both physically and emotionally.
Gymnastics is a sport that develops the whole body.
Gymnasts, and other athletes who train with us to supplement their regular training, notice an increase in their range of motion, stamina, balance and strength.
The mission of United Elite is to raise awareness among all athletes about the
benefits of gymnastics training. Our objective is to develop each athlete
physically and mentally so that they will achieve success on and off the
competition floor.
Pre 3,4 or 5 - Preschool 3, 4 or 5 (age) - 45 minutes
P&T - Parent & Tot (18mths - 3yrs old) - 45 minutes
Girls 1,2,3 - Girls Classes Level 1-3 (Beg, Int, Adv) - 1 hour
Boys 1,2,3 - Boys Classes Level 1-3 (Beg, Int, Adv) - 1 hour
Hot Shots - Girls level 1-3 Ages 3-5 - Invitation Only
HmS 1 - Homeschool - 1 hr - Ages 5-15
HmS 2 - Homeschool - 2 hr - Ages 5-15
Jr 1 - Jr Tumbling 1 Beginner - Ages 6-11 - 1 hour
Jr 2 - Jr Tumbling 2 Intermediate - Ages 6-11 - 1 hour
Sr 1 - Sr Tumbling 1 Beginner - Ages 12-18 - 1 hour
Sr 2 - Sr Tumbling 2 Intermediate - Ages 12-18 - 1 hour

Flex - Flexibility Training for all ages - 45 minutes
AC - Adult Conditioning - Ages 18+ - 45 minutes
